The following blend of fresh fruit may be taken one hour after meals; it is useful for helping balance elimination and menstrual function in women who are experiencing constipation, bloating, dysmenorrhea, and PMS syndrome. Total quantity may equal 4oz to 8oz or 1c.

Papaya Fresh   40%

Pineapple Fresh   40%

Prunes Dried  20% or

Figs Fresh  20%

 

Add to diet: mango, carrots, blueberries, blackberries, (& other berries)

Avoid in diet: pomegranate, which is astringent = promotes increased absorption and tendency for constipation
