Changes in interactive style
New or waning qualities or interests
Significant dreams, intuitions, or memories
Changes in eating or sleeping patterns or sex drive
Physical sensations or symptoms
Current stressors that affect your schedule, mind, or practice
Spiritual study or questions
Increased awareness of your spiritual way
